Spinning for Weight Loss

The Spinning 8-Week Weight Loss Program is not a diet; it’s a plan you can live with. Whether you’re new to the Spinning program or a longtime fan, join and experience a new approach to getting fit and losing weight. The program combines the coaching, camaraderie, and calorie-burn of the Spinning Program with a step-by-step nutrition plan that makes it easy to make healthy choices every day. Simple, supportive, and packed with tools for success, the Spinning 8-Week Weight Loss Program teaches you how to combine sound nutrition and progressive training to reinvent a better you. With coaching from a certified Spinning instructor, a week-by-week manual, and a handy daily log book, the 8-Week Program will help you achieve a lasting lifestyle change.

Cost: $139 for ARC members, $154 for non ARC members

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa (flow yoga) links the breath with movement in a dynamic flow. A regular practice helps to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class will allow you to go into deep exploration of specific yoga postures and your yoga practice in general. Focus on safety and alignment as you flow. Whether you want to feel the energy of challenging arm balances and inversions or learn how to find more balance and restoration in your practice, this class will help guide you.

Location: SDSU, ARC Group Fitness Room
Days: Fridays
Time: 11-12 noon
Cost: $55 for ARC members, $65 for non ARC members

Session 1: 9/19-10/17

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Simple and Sweet
